2 whole eggs
2 apples
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
1 packet baking powder (16 g)
2½ cups cake flour
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Parchment paper (for lining the cake pan)
Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until well combined.
Add Wet & Dry Ingredients:
Add the milk, oil, cake flour, and baking powder. Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.
Prepare the Pan:
